This is one of the worst skylines. They need to close for a day and take managers to the skyline in Clifton. The managers there could show them how it's done. The one in clifton has as many or fewer employees and serves 10X the number of customers AND they do a fabulous job. The comparison is an embarrassment for the managers at this one. To be fair most of the servers there do a good job. But like you'll see in other comments, the drive thru orders are a mess. I've thrown the towel in on this one. I've given it a 2nd chance time and time again because it's close our house and I get tired of driving to the next nearest one but that's what I'll have to do from now on. Today went there and my 3-Way had several pieces of severely undercooked spaghetti in it. It was hard! The manager comes by to ask how is everything so I told him it was ok except.... he tells me that it was overcooked, sorry. Really! First of all if that was the case then it still wouldn't be ok and secondly since when is overcooked spaghetti hard! What a moron. And he's the one in charge of...
Read moreThe chili is really good, it’s not super salty or over powering with a mild sweetness that is unexpected. The bun is very VERY light in density which is nice so the dog and chili can be the star of the show, also helps with not feeling grotesquely full from an overload on bread. Definitely got cheese and onions which also complimented without overpowering (especially for the onions, those can quickly take over the flavor makeup in any food but not here). The hotdog had its own distinct flavor and a nice snap when bitten. Thoroughly enjoyed and now I need to keep oyster crackers at home.
So here was how I enjoyed mine as the oyster crackers is a new concept to me…I took the hot sauce, opened the crackers and then shook the hot sauce in the bag with the crackers, topped the dog took one bite to taste…it was delicious, there is now no trace of evidence left, although if people were watching I could only assume they would describe it as a massacre…it...
Read moreThis skyline has the worst drive thru service. Something is wrong with order about 60% of the time. Not like you can open a 3 way with beans in the car and check for the beans. How hard is it to toss a cup of onions in the bag.
The cheddar potatoes are at best warm. You know they aren't hot when the butter and cheese won't melt.
And stop giving me crackers and hot sauce after you ask me and I say no thank you... It's a waste of money which generally is bad for a business.
Staff is nice and pleasant but the attention to the orders is lacking severely.
Eat in is my suggestion, at least you can get it...
