I wish I would’ve just drove the 20 mins to go to Insomnia cookies. I was really craving a warm snickerdoodle cookie. The snickerdoodle cookie was very good, and soft but unfortunately not warm. They were very big, which I was excited to see, but was immediately turned off after breaking one in half and there being a small blondish or white looking hair in the cookie. I did also taste the sugar cookie which was the worst sugar cookie I ever had in my life and I LOVE them. I decided to not even taste the icing cookies because like I said the hair turned me off completely. Good side note they are priced very well for the size. 6 giant cookies for about $12, which was a waste for me but maybe others will appreciate it. 2 stars because the snickerdoodle actually tasted good, the softness of the snickerdoodle and the size. I've been going to Eileen's for years and have always loved the iced chocolate chip cookies! I went in recently to get more of those delicious cookies and was prepared to purchase another discount card since my previous one had expired. This experience was different than previous years because I was told I wouldn't be receiving a discount on the cookies I was purchasing that day. I've always received the discount on card purchase day in years past so I was confused and disappointed. I asked a couple of questions and noticed that this policy is not noted on the card itself or any signage that I observed and ultimately chose to leave without cookies. After being a discount card customer for so long, I honestly was put off by being told I'd now need to pay full price on the occasion that I purchase the card. It seems like such a small thing to argue over but the service level was lacking and makes me less excited to go back in the future, even with my brand new...

I was a huge fan of the chocolate cookie without the chocolate chips and frosted with the chocolate frosting. Looked forward to picking some up when we went to the city, we live 50 miles away. So for my birthday February 5th I ordered the large chocolate cookie, stressed no chocolate chips with the chocolate frosting. Told the young girl I loved Snoopy, sunflowers, just to give ideas. Well was told it would be ready by noon on the 4th, it wasn't ready when husband went to pick up at 3. Well the cookie was cute but the actual cookie was wrong. Full of chocolate chips and the almond frosting was over powering. I have called the shop twice, no reply and also sent a Facebook message. The second time I called was after the superbowl and was told they had pulled the order ticket but got busy with superbowl cookies, so $28.00 thrown...
