Terrible service. Tech who came out to work on my dishwasher was nice and friendly but didn’t fix the issue, when I kept having the problem I called back and was told to call someone else (after I had already paid them). Called someone else and they found and fixed the problem in less than 15 min, working perfect now. Called them to talk about it and was told it wasn’t their problem. When I argued the point that their tech didn’t properly diagnose the problem they hung up on me. Tried calling back and refused to take my call so I went to the store. I came ready for an argument but never yelled or was disrespectful, they on the other hand was very disrespectful screaming and making threats. I try to support small business where I live but next time I’ll be driving to the next town over, my advice is you’d be better off going someplace else. (FYI, I never even asked for a refund.
