Thwy say their 24 hours but you can go on any day & the door will be locked. It says to ring the the bell…I do…still no one opens the door. It’s as if they want ME TO BEG TGEM to take my money! NO THANKS! Their Game Leafs are ALWAYS hard & stale. There’s a new worker everyday and when the parents are left there in charge I KNOW money is lost b/c they ALWAYS DEMAND CASH & make up an excuse that the machine isn’t working. Today is Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 9:15 PM & the old man said the machine isn’t working for cards. No Apple Pay or Anything. It only isn’t working when the older lady & gentleman couple are there! It’s a shame. They were GREAT when they first opened but it seems to have changed several hands within the time it has been open. Lack of customer service and consideration for customers. I guess the ppl who come in JUST TO GAMBLE, have the place smelling like a cigar lounge that floats in from the back rooms get the preferential treatment. I’ll just start walking across the street b/c Ozone NEVER FAILS...
