This people is not serious. DO NOT USE FOR BIG EVENTS ! I ordered a fondant cake for ya y baby shower and they sent me a cake that was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the image I sent ! She put foam and cardboard in the cake - IT WAS FOR A KIDS BABY SHOWER ! You SHOULD NOT PUT CHEMICALS LIKE FOAM AND CARDBOARD TO A KIDS EVENT ! When I told her I wanted a refund or a redo, she told me (4 hours before the event) to bring her the cake and she would do a full refund. Also, it was the worst customer service. She insulted me and she said that “my husband had liked the cake” when he picked it up - I told her that I was the one who ordered it and she said “well you consulted him everything, besides you should’ve picked it up” (I’m in bed rest due to high risk pregnancy). Terrible cake and terrible customer service ! The cake that says Max is the one I asked for and the other pictures are the ones for the cake she gave me, which also leaked a liquid the morning...

I called in on 12/21 to preorder 2 dozen of pastels for Christmas Eve. I was told they don’t do preorder but I can buy what I needed on 12/24, first come first serves.

On 12/24 first thing in the morning I visit and was refused my order. The lady there told me I couldn’t buy 2 dozen because others would like to buy and that I should have preordered. I explained I called a few days ago and was told no preorder to come in and here would be plenty. The lady working there told me she didn’t care and that I couldn’t get my order filled. Another customer behind me volunteered to purchase one dozen and resell to me and the lady working wouldn’t allow it. You figured that they’d be better prepared and more organized because of Christmas but no. We ended up leaving and we will never go back. I leave as many positive reviews as I do bad one and this one by far...

This business is disgusting!! The front desk employee is extremely rude and very unprofessional. After ordering my cake, the following day the price was $30 more than discussed and the wrong cake. I accepted this although everything was going completely wrong. I was still going to take the cake since it had been paid for, until this lady says the cake will not be ready in time. I then told the woman I would just like a refund, and her response was NO, only a store credit. This was a completely frustrating process !!! I've never dealt with such awful customer service!
