Checkers — Restaurant in Georgia

Please just stop. This is absolutely the worst Checkers I've ever been to. When you first opened I was happy to have a checkers in the area, but everytime I've gone the food seems to get worse and worse. I'm not sure if the owner had ever eaten at a checkers before joining the franchise but this is definitely not a good representation of what a real checker burger and fries should taste like. You shouldn't even be allowed to use the name. I tried to even just get fries one visit and even that was a let down. Almost $5 for a medium fry. I asked if they were fresh was told yes but they had obviously been just sitting around and dropped back in the oil to serve. Yesterday I ordered two burgers and they were absolutely disgusting. How can these thin patties still be pink in the middle. Definitely not what a checker burger is supposed to be. I will say that every time I've been the people working have been nice and pleasant (expect for the lie about the fries) but that absolutely doesn't make up for the horrible food. I tried the nuggets once and later realized that i got charged extra for the sauces !!! You don't even offer the specials that they advertise ??? Honestly you shouldn't even take people's hard earned money for what you serve. From now on if I want checkers I'll drive a little further. If you're going to call yourself Checkers. I have been coming to this location 2x a week for 2yrs and have always been impressed but tonight there are apparently some new workers ..I sat at the drive-through for over five minutes before finally pulling up after not being acknowledged. I pull up to the window and the girl tells me as she’s eating something that the speaker is broke. So I say well you might want to put a sign on it so that people aren’t just sitting back there and know to pull up.Then I hear her taking the order of the car behind me and I say I thought you said the speaker was broken and she said oh no it was only broken when you pulled up..Really?? No apology no I’m sorry for the inconvenience of you having to wait nothing. I will be back but only when my regular crew is working definitely not this one!! Earlier tonight I went though the drive thru to order a number #1. There was one car behind me and nobody in front of me. I ordered it the same as I always do no onions, no ketchup and no tomato. I order it with no ketchup and no tomato because I’m not a fan however I order with no onion because I’m highly allergic. So I take a bite out of it and guess what’s on it, onions. So then I proceeded to spend the next three hours in urgent care. I called the restaurant three times each time it rang around 15times with no answer or answering machine. I mean it’s bad enough you messed the food up but then you create an environment where you cannot be reached. Are you just trying to drive customers away?
