Pizza Man — Restaurant in Georgia

So I literally live next to this hidden gem. Upon entering, I smell pizza. I observe a worker, delivering food to a customer's table and I say hello and he smiles. There are lunch specials on a white board that beats all other branded pizza places. I order the 2 slice and fountain drink for $4.50. I glanced ay the menu and the prices, for what I have looked at for 1 person, was very reasonable! A calzone is $6.50 and I saw from reviews that these calzones are huge. I did not want to spend a lot of money if it turns out less than stellar.

What a surprise! I waited less than 5 minutes for fresh HOT pizza. I know it is fresh because, by gods, it is an open faced workspace where I can watch. The pizza slices are huge. Huge as in ...NY style pizza. I only ate 1 slice and I was content.

Those who are not used to NY style pizza, will be wary of the flimsy-like consistency. I am ecstatic about this because I have been to many pizza places that boasts "New York- style" but it was not.

Needless to say, this will be my go-to place to pizza. I cannot wait to go back again and try their calzones.

The atmosphere is of that a neighborhood pizzeria. There are several tables with small chairs, about 10-15 sets, and is a tight spot so if you are uncomfortable with that, stick with take-out. There is a TV near the front. A mom-and-pop style place and it is not just a theme they have adapted. I have been in this area for close to 10 years and I have always drove by this place without a single thought.

The funny thing about all of this is that I just ordered CHEESE pizza. Think about if I had ordered more toppings...

Don't waste your taste buds on other competitors pizza, when you can have Pizza man pizza.

Pizza man has brought joy, happiness, friendship, companionship, and love to my life. Each bite of any of their pizza is an explosion of flavor sure to bring a smile across your face. Sharing the delight of tier 1 pizza with your friends makes each trip an adventure, especially when they realize there is no place as superior as Pizza man.

Each slice is filled with fresh ingredients and loaded with quality meats. The cheese melts in your mouth, and the crust has the perfect crunch, leaving you wanting more in your mouth.

Finish off your meal with a mouth watering cannoli that will have you scraping the plate wanting more. You should always order two, because one is never enough, and your spouse will try to eat it. Make sure your partner knows, there is no sharing a cannoli, regardless of how hollywood has portrayed sharing your food as romantic. Get your own bro.

Lack of greeting customers by everyone as a whole.

Pizza tasted like it shouldn’t be on the menu. I ordered ricotta pizza and they slapped it on top of the pizza. Then I ordered cheese and it tasted like it would make me sick I ate one and threw the other in the trash only because I was starving. I had a bigger expectation based off the rating but apparently either no one has taste buds that eat here. I don’t know about the other food so I can’t speak on that but the pizza was not fresh. Even the photos of the 5 star or 4 star reviews of the pizza didn’t even look appealing. I don’t know who owns this establishment but they might wanna just remove pizza from the name. I didn’t ask for my money back as the girl working the register has to get paid and she wasn’t rude at all. I won’t be back ever again. It’s pitiful. I recommend nothing about this place.
