STAPLE IN MY SHRIMP! GO ELSEWHERE! Ordered food, ate half that night, food was mediocre at best, however went back to eat leftovers and bit INTO A STAPLE in my shrimp! I immediately called; the manager (kevin) argued with me saying i waited days to call, even though i called as soon as it happened. I brought the food back as he requested. He looked at the staple and then proceeded to pull his stapler out to compare and shoved a staple in my face saying its not the same size as what they use. I advised i didn't think it was put in by them for all i know they bought it that way. All i wanted was an apology, instead they argued with me and took the food away. He said i was supposed to check the order before I left upon original order, i replied was i supposed to bite into every piece of shrimp to make sure there were no staples? Without telling me anything they began remaking the food. When i asked what was happening he said they are remaking it, as if i wanted more shrimp lo mein after all that. An older woman brought it back yelling that theres no staples in it. After looking more closely though it looks like they simply added more noodles and reheated as the dish usually comes with about 16 shrimp, my remake had the same amount i brought back to them (8). NEEDLESS TO SAY REMAKE WENT INTO GARBAGE! Rude customer service there was no need for it. An apology would have sufficed, instead they NEVER APOLOGIZED AND ACTED LIKE I PUT IT THERE MYSELF! Just lost my business as well as my roommates! Not worth it! Dont buy from them much better places with better...

Average low end shopping center chinese food with terrible people working there. They have ruined my order several times and always refuse to fix it. Water tastes straight out of the sink, pretty sure it is. These people never smile, never say thank you, will never respect you as a customer and never put any effort into making you feel welcome. Its like they're living in a dungeon. Misery love company I guess.

I mentioned they ruined my order several times. I decided to try them again and stupidly again but will never go back. They ruined my order tonight and refused to even try to help the situation. $24 down the drain. Ill find a homeless person tonight and offer it to them.

Lastly, I noticed over time my order portion size has gotten smaller and smaller and they started taking out the broccoli and side items. They refuse to give you soy sauce and duck sauce unless you ask. Also they price went up the same time they started stiffing my portion sizes.

I would go somewhere. There's plenty of other chinese restaurants nearby. Just Google search "Chinese...

Okay we order our food online the estimating time said 45 min to 1 hour so we waited very patiently until it was like an hour and thirty min so then we called and ask what's going on they said they knock on the door and left a message, which was a LIE because we were in the living room and we never heard a knock at all!!!! So I ask them are you guys going to come back due to the fact that we paid with our card they was very rude and said no we can't, that they are very busy, so they hung up. Usually I would let it go but the fact that I paid it with my card and spent atleast $35 I'm not going to stop there unless I get my money back so I called again and demand for my money back and that's when they told me to called EAT24, I did and got my money back, but other then that I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! Worst of the worst!!!...
