I have been shopping here for twenty years (since the earliest kiosk days at the Coventry Mall), I have almost more pieces than I can even count - rings, pendants, dozens of earrings and body jewelry. I buy gifts here, as well. For those twenty years, the exceptionally congenial, knowledgeable proprietors have remembered not only my tastes, interests and preferences in jewelry, but also the tastes and interests of those closest to me. The acute attention to detail, to remember such small things that nevertheless matter, really makes a difference - it is a brand of dedicated, old-school customer service that we just don't see anymore. Mark and Ash never fail to find something new for me to fall in love with, or to help me choose the perfect gift. I have taken items in for repair and these, too, have been handled with speed and skill. They are quite simply the only local jewelers I will deal with, and I am satisfied with my purchase every time. We went to this shop today as we have for many years in the past and as always Mark was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable about not only the jewelry he carries on hand but also peices from elsewhere and how to repair them. He was able to fix a necklace promptly and without hesitation.

His selection of peices are such a wide variety; there is truly something for everyone. From hemp bracelets to watches, chains, pendants and beautiful rings, there is no way you couldn't find something you're looking for.

His prices are more than fair and the quality is well worth the money spent.

Mark is such a decent man with compassion for his customers. He is always welcoming to new and returning customers, often asking about your families and remembering every previous interaction you've had with him.

I went in recently and immediately remembered Ash from the Coventry Mall store. He helped me choose a gorgeous anklet that goes with the outfit I bought for my grandson's wedding. I would not have chosen that one, but he was absolutely right and it is gorgeous. Went back in today to drop off a silver ring for sizing (that I purchased elsewhere) and immediately remembered Mark as well. He was super helpful choosing the correct size for me and helped me choose a gorgeous bracelet to go with the anklet I previously purchased. Super knowledgeable, kind and gave me great pricing.
