Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Limerick Township

There was a girl named Lindsey at this location that made my experience at this express the worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store ,MY WHOLE LIFE. I was very mistreated by her while simply trying to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit. I had tried washing them in order to see if they would shrink and couldn’t believe how crappy they turned out after ONE wash so I wanted my money back! While speaking to the gentleman (At the desk) about my situation she stepped in and began to Harass me about how they couldn’t be returned with no tags ,and they were clearly worn. THEY WERE NOT WORN, I would have no problem admitting it.While other employees kindly said they would do a “one time courtesy” to return she continued to talk about me (whispering) to other employees right in front of my face!! ALSO.. beside the point..i called express customer service before making my way there -they said without tags you CAN still return in the store.I spend ALOT of money with this company and I’m considering never EVER shopping at any express ever again after this incident.This women...

Went there one time, as I have never been to this store before. I thought everything was extremely expensive here, but I still tried on just about 4 things to see how they would fit and feel. I ended up not liking any product (clothing here are made in nice quality, I just simply didn't like how they looked on me). While I was hanging the clothes on the return rack before leaving, an associate looked me straight in the eyes and said to me sarcastically "just playing dress up now, are we?" I told him straightforward that he was rude and ignorant and that I really wouldn't be buying anything from here anytime soon. Not a great...

I typically love coming to this outlet for great sales/deals on work clothes. Unfortunately, they no longer have outlet prices or sales and do not accept coupons. The coupons are only redeemable at their retail stores. If they are no longer offering the benefits of being an outlet store, they should atleast consider honoring coupons since the clothes aren’t discounted. The staff here were super...
