Went in today the day after Christmas to do a simple size exchange as these were the first pair of Uggs I've ever purchased and was not aware the ran small. This was a gift for my daughter. I was prepared for them to not have the size we needed however we did find a pair. The original pair was purchased directly from the Ugg website with my debit card and an ugg gift card. At this location the associate initially said it had to be a return and a new purchase. I was ok with that until I asked how that would work since half was a gc. That's when she went and brought over the manager who said his name was Joe. Stated if they do an exchange it then becomes a final sale. I told him I did not want that as I still didn't know if the size would be correct. He processed to tell me that's all he can do as it's breaking policy. I literally pointed to the return sign and he then told me and I quote in front of a line of people, "now you get nothing". Livid is what I am. Customer service even stated he was wrong. Worst experience EVER!!!! Ordered my son boots on 12/17 with expedited shipping. Long story short after 3 calls and about 4 chats. Still no boots!!! Was told by customer service on Christmas Eve that the KOP mall had them and will hold them for me. Stood in line for 45 minutes only to be told that a call was never placed to them. So now no gift for my son.

The only good thing was that the sales associate/cashier at King of Prussia mall, Amber tried her hardest to help me find another Ugg store who had the boots or something similar. I walked in this store today and I seen ugg boots with a 30% off tag on it. So I looked for a size for my daughter (mind you no one helped me look for my daughters size Uggs) I waited in line for about 20mins, Sara was the associate that was on the register to ring me out. As she told me my total price I asked her nicely that I thought the boots where 30% off.. she replied in a rude manner NO Classic boots are on sale. I showed her the display which had a 30% percent logo on the boot and she got mad and yelled at me saying NO classic boot on sale.
