Le Creuset Outlet Store — Local services in Limerick Township

Le Creuset is my favorite brand of cookware, and the Pottstown store is without question my favorite place to buy. The store manager, Michael, is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Patty, who is part of the staff, is also a standout. Also always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They go way above and beyond to fill your needs (or wants) and remember your preferences for color and your name. Remembering a customer’s name sounds like a small thing, but it is a rarity nowadays. And a sign of excellence, in my opinion. Additionally, the store is always wonderfully maintained. No dust here and window displays that are current and a nice open shopping experience where things are well organized and easy to shop. Table and wall displays are eye catching and make sense. All in all a great store and the best people on staff...

Adding a bit to the review. I mentioned Michael by name before, but I wanted to recognize Patty for not only being knowledgable about LC products, but also for being a super kind and genuine individual.

Stopped in today because we thought it would be a lot more cost-effective than flying to Miami for the FTT event. Michael, the store manager, was super nice and very informative. We left with a beautiful brazer, a teapot, and new place settings that were half off. Didn't have the color we wanted in stock? No worries, Michael made arrangements to have our color choice shipped to us by the end of the week.

Don't get me wrong... it's not inexpensive, but if you take care of your Le Creuset, your grandchildren will be using it years down the road.

All in all, an excellent experience and worth the drive...

I visited the Pottstown Le Creuset Outlet store over the Memorial Day weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find a demonstration going on. They had a chef there demonstrating some kind of gourmet French toast that was really fancy and delicious! I was helped by Patty who told me all about the products and she had so many ideas on different uses. I did purchase some cast iron pieces that I have already used and believe me… they really do live up to all the hype!!! The friendliness of all the employees and the knowledge shared about the products is why I’m writing this review. It isn’t often you find such attention to great customer service.
