Stop using that awful scented cleanser! I don't know if it's some version of Fabuloso or what, but it's overpowering, obnoxious and nauseating...ESPECIALLY when the slice of Oreo Mousse Pie you order, and pay $5.95 for, ends up TASTING LIKE THE CLEANSER! I spit it right out and nearly vomited! Best case scenario-the food absorbed the fragrance. Worst case scenario-the cleanser got on the food. I tend to think it was the former since each slice was individually packaged in the case. I also spent $32.00 on ground coffee for home because I have LOVED Gloria Jean's flavored coffees for 30 years, but now I worry the coffee will taste like the cleanser too. We'll see. UPDATE: One of the bags DID take on a funky, almost fake citrus aftertaste, that I attribute to the scented cleanser. The coffee flavor was Coconut Creme, so I doubt that taste was a planned addition. Thankfully the other, Toasted Almond Creme, was spared the funkiness. Just noticed that the Coconut Creme had a "Use By" date in May, the other in August, so it makes sense that the bag thats been on the shelf in that store longer would absorb more of the funk. Yuck! So yes, my whole issue begins and ends with the cleanser...the smell it creates in the store, which should be of fresh coffee, and now an added issue of their desserts tasting like the cleanser too. Please please switch to something unscented!! Choose something else at Costco next time. Please! Oh and give customers who order bags of coffee and a dessert the option to get a shopping bag...
Read moreMy wife and I were at the outlets this Sunday shopping, I wanted a coffee. I entered the store, the girl working seemed like she was not happy to be working that day (never said a single word to me). I had never been to that store so I order word of word off the menu what I wanted. I ordered a large Vanilla Carmel Madagascar chiller. The girl didn't say a word she put it in the computer I used my card to pay, after the transaction went through the girl turned and started making the coffee. She sat the coffee on the counter still having said nothing to me or my wife. Upon picking up the cup I felt it was hot. I looked up to say something and she had already went to the other end of the counter. I looked at my wife and said I ordered a chiller and its hot. I went to the sugar station as there was another person behind me deciding there order and sat the cup down, I HATE hot coffee, my wife could tell I was upset and she said she would say something. I turned to look and the girl working was now on her phone. I stood there for a minute, I was going to ask for some ice, but I didn't want to interrupt the girl from her phone. There was another couple coming in the door, I didn't want to waste more time in line. I told my wife forget it and I threw the untouched full cup of coffee in the trash and left the store. That was the first and absolutely the last time I will ever give them...

There was no long wait when my boyfriend and I got in there so the drinks came out relatively quickly but I got the crème brûlée latte hot with soy milk and he got the raspberry chiller drink. The first 5 sips was just milk foam which I’m so confused at because I don’t remember asking for a cappuccino and I was hoping for whip cream because you would assume a hot specialty latte would come with whip cream to help cool down the hot milk a little (I know I asked for soy milk but I still like whip cream and the cashier and barista never asked if I still wanted whip or not or else I would’ve said definite whip cream) but it was all foam. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. My boyfriend hated his drink as well and when I tasted it, I personally didn’t think anything was wrong but then it started tasting really artificial and made my stomach hurt a little. For the price of around $15 for two drinks: one small and one regular, I would’ve been better off getting the coffee at Starbucks for cheaper and better quality and that’s saying something because Starbucks isn’t cheap or...
