Brooks Brothers — Local services in Limerick Township

If you are lucky enough to have Pat assist you, then you are in very good hands my friend. I was a bit lost, needing an affordable mix and match of solutions, and she spent more than an hour helping me, patiently scouring the store for good buys, and making wonderful suggestions. She listened well, worked within my budget to maximize my choices for greater flexibility, provided me with valuable critical feedback and more. It's unusual these days to find such a knowledgeable and thoughtful person working in retail. Just goes to show what's been lost over the years... Kudos to Brooks Brothers for keeping "more experienced" (aka older people) on staff as they clearly make all the difference. On Friday I was there with my wife… at the counter you may see two women. One is lean and she is very helpful and kind but the other one who is bit short and slightly plump is very rude and makes you feel why on this earth you are here! She certainly greets you but that like a robot trained to say when someone enters through the door or leaves counter but otherwise gives very cunning and frustrated looks. I asked for another size for a shirt and she said this was the only what we have. The other lady later walked me to the pile where they were kept, I don’t understand why that behaviour when you are in that store to sell things and help customers spend their money!! I wish store owners are reading the comments as I see many talking about...

One of their workers completely ignored me and acted as if I wasn't there. He was in his mid 40's I'd say with short brown hair. Very rude and clearly didn't want me in the store, probably due to my young age. However, I've spent 100's on Brooks Brothers. Suprisingly, Polo sells factory items for the same price as Brooks Brothers does, and their workers are happy to help. Save time and go to the King Of Prussia store. Workers are very nice there and the quality is better.

The quality of the items is also no where near that of the mainline. I've got polos from the mainline, and they're a totally different quality/material. Avoid anything that says 346.
