Worst shopping experience iāve ever had. Me and my friends went here to get some last minute valentineās day essentials along with doing some looking around for anything else we might need. My friend decided she needs some new deodorant, and asked us to help her find a sent. With that we were taking off the caps; NOT the seal that actually touches the deodorant. Then this pushing 80 years old worker with the worst attitude comes up and tells us āwe canāt sell that if you guys are smelling themā we thought that was a little outrageous but understood, so she decided to purchase the deodorant she opened, we still had more shopping to do after this so she held it in her hands while we kept waking around the store. This old lady proceeded to follow us throughout the entire store, we even went to the opposite side to see if we were crazy and she still followed. It was making us very uncomfortable at this point so we started to say āi donāt like when people follow meā hoping she would catch on. Then we decided to go look in the toy section because we are still teenagersā¦. (and iām not sure if thatās the reason they were so suspicious of us) But that is unfair in my opinion because we are still paying customers. In the toy section this employee with a ratty ponytail that looked like it had never been brushed and this weird unsettling smirk that made me quite scared comes up to us and loudly says āhey gangā I do not partake in any gang activity first of all, and iām not sure why thatās being normalized in this day and age, and i can smell the years of not brushing in his breath when he speaks. First of all i am not your gang, thatās a little bit creepy especially because we are 3 young girls. But then he proceeds to tell us that we need to finalize any purchases and leave. We asked why because it didnāt make sense to us. He then tells us āwe donāt like your shopping habitsā iām sorry? i didnāt know that was a reason i couldnāt be here! I donāt like your smelly employees spying on me but iām still here. Anyways we ask why we canāt shop while still holding the deodorant because thatās what everyone in the world does. They had so much attitude and were so rude and completely unprofessional about it. They brought us to checkout and made another poor employee open an new lane while she was trying to check out in another lane (so she was probably clocked out) and thatās pretty weird making her do more after that. But she was so very sweet and so pretty, we asked her if she knew why we couldnāt hold out stuff while shopping and she just gave us a look basically telling us she was fed up with the other employees as well. She even asked us what perfume we were wearing and tried to finalize our experience on a good note. Her name was clare and she deserves a better job sheās a sweet soul. In conclusion this place is filled with absolutely childish and creepy employees who need a reality check and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame with my friends expecting a fun time, WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! We strolled on down to the deodorant aisle and began smelling them. Was told by some weird worker lady that āthey cant sell them once we open themā? Dafuq? The protective cap was still on, but alright. She then followed us around the store, which made me quite uncomfortable. I declared loudly about how I did not enjoy being stalked like this. A little later we were approached by a short man acting all friendly like āHey gang!ā Dafuq? Not only that, but he low-key stank. Sorry not sorry š¤·āāļø. Anyways, he proceeded to tell us that he did not like our shopping habits and we needed to buy the deodorant my friend was holding ASAP and leave. Rude much? I asked him what shopping habits he was refering to, but he instead gave me a gay smirk instead of answering my questions. Dafuq? (If he was hinting at us stealing, I can PROMISE I have never stolen a day in my life and I WORK for my money.) We were forced to the front of the store to purchase the item. THANKFULLY a gracious and kind employee whose name tag read āClareā complimented us as we purchased the deodorant. We tried our best to ignore the 5 stinky employees circled around us, but she really put a light on our terrible experience. We thanked her and told her she was receiving good feedback on our reviews! Next time you shop at this local BiMart, make sure to give thanks to Clare!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I went to the feminine hygiene section because i was having an emergency and needed something fast. I grabbed a box and then went to the clothes aisle because I also needed back up clothes due to the problems I was having. then this employee with a black curly ponytail was following me I asked him why he was following me and he looked at me with a straight face. meanwhile, he was also following me with a notebook in his hand, jotting things down. I got to see a peek of it and he was writing down things like my hair color. Iām honestly not sure why. it was really creepy and weird so that I decided to check out even though I had other things that I needed to do. Then Iām in the parking lot and I kid you not he follows me halfway out this was an extremely uncomfortable experience and while reading the other reviews on the store, it seems being followed isnāt something out of the norm and also from that...
