She quickly assisted my friend in purchasing the tops she needed to go with a Soft Surroundings jacket she owned, and then assisted me in picking out a beautiful vintage crystal pendant necklace. For the second time I've had to return something because of the very poor quality. Item shrunk and pilled after the initial wash.
