I LOVE THIS PET STORE! They are all so nice and it may not be the biggest store but they really try to take care of their customers and if they dont have something they will special order whatever you need if its possible. My sister and I lost our Mom and we wanted a pet to try to get out of our saddness of losing our Mom, so we went there after a friend told us thats the BEST Pet store around! Thats when we first met Darla who was sooooo nice and understanding and took time to answer all our questions and bc of Darla, we ended up buying our hamster there along with the cage, water bottle, bedding, food, treats, tunnels, just the whole shabang! And that hamster has brought us so much happiness! Furthermore, Cheryl and Darla have went out of their way to order special products we've wanted for our hammy. And Jim who I think is the owner even hooked me up with a hamster house to go in the cage and a hamster potty--dont laugh, smiles. Their prices are the best around and I will never go back to Pet Smart or Pet Supply Plus as long as this Feed Rite Pet Store remains open. I drive past 2 towns to get there but its worth it bc they really know their stuff there and they carry heavy bags out to your car for ya and we are always calling and asking stuff regarding our hammy and they always have answers for us. We LOVE this place and everyone is sooooo nice and the prices are better than anywhere else! And after you go there for a while, they kinda make ya feel like family when ya walk in the door! I read some of the reviews above but I totally disagree with any of the negative ones. I found this store to be very clean and well taken care of, all the animals had clean cages and it didnt stink like some pet stores do. What a wonderful place with amazing and helpful employees. When I went in on Saturday, I was genuinely greeted by the employees. I was trying to figure out what to do and what I needed regarding bird seed and feeders. To say Cameron was gem and extremely helpful was an understatement. He very kindly and patiently listened then offered a few options to meet my needs. He wasn't about trying to upsell me and have me purchase something I didn't need either. He has been working there since his teens and you can tell he loves his job!

AND once I decided on the bags of seed I wanted, he (and another gentleman) carried it out to my car!! When we walked back in, they held the door open for me!! I felt like I was in the south with genuine gentlemen hospitality!! I felt valued as an individual and a customer!

I was able to get 10 times the amount of what I have purchased at some "big name stores" for a fraction of the price!!! Plus if felt wonderful supporting a local store!!
