I had a good review up here and took it back for the fact of inconsistency in the kitchen on what the meaning of double meat means wen ur paying almost 17 dollars for a grinder wen I go back in and show the kid that’s prepared ur order he says they put two slices of meat and say it’s double smh they need a chef in the kitchen that knos consitincy and this is the second grinder I ordered this week smh I kno they r new owners but this place is known for there grinders that’s what made this place what it is I kno because I grew up down the street and come from a family of 15 aunts and Unc’s big family and we’ve ordered from here since I was 12 or so and now iam 45 so I thk I can say what this place a k own for and to the cook iam a chef by trade and the grinder I got today and I came back in and showed ya that is not double meat son and was the worst experience I’ve had to date sad because I come all the way from Southgate just to get a grinder and as I said this is the second one I’ve got this week I guess ya gotta come on certain days to get what u order sorry but it’s the truth guys and u told me u put two pieces together so six or so slices down the whole grinder so basically u only put one slice times 3 or so down the whole grinder idk that was the explanation u gave me If I really didn’t want to see this place strive because it is a good place wen u get the right guy preparing ur food I would have gave it back to ya and asked for my 17 dollars back and went home and made a sandwich myself very...

Absolutely love the food from this place, but just like everyone has already said-the customer service is so sh*tty. They are rude as ever on the phone, they rush you, cut you off, and hang up before you’re even done speaking. I understand that they may be busy, but we have skipped going here just because we don’t feel like dealing with their rudeness or attitude or whatever you wanna call it. Good customer service goes a longggggg way and it’s definitely something they should work on. With all that being said, give them a chance and find out for yourself! The food is definitely good, we can’t deny that. They have very reasonable and affordable pricing. The grinders and wings are amazing, the pizza is pretty good, and we absolutely love the bacon and onion stix.

Just an FYI, we ordered from a 3rd party app ONE time because we didn’t think we could pay for delivery with a debit card...they wouldn’t give our driver the food because there apparently wasn’t a name for the order? We ended up having to go pick it up ourselves after being yelled at over the phone because “they deliver.” No idea if they use 3rd party apps like GrubHub, Zomato, Postmates, or DoorDash anymore, but just letting y’all know that they HATE it and will yell at you like you’re 7 because they want you to use their own...

Came into this place on CHRISTMAS & yes it was super packed. I came in and ordered a LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA at 9:04 PM & at 9:23 PM I decided to put in another order for a PEPPERONI PIZZA and chicken pita. At 9:40 PM the gentleman behind the counter asked what my Order was and name, I then AGAIN repeated my order for BOTH orders. He let me know it hadn't been put in and he'd jump on it. By 10:06 the gentleman reassured me that they were waiting on one pizza and they would have me out the door. 10:13 I was given a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and the pita. I understand we have busier days than others but I confirmed my order more than twice. There was no reason I was given the WRONG ORDER!

I was patient, & not only I sat there for over an hour with my toddler. The least they could have done was replaced my pizza or given me the cheese pizza free.
