Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

Every time I come here with my kids the place can be empty and if some one eles comes there order always comes out first we are always last to leave today I came there was no one then a big family of 7 came here them about 3 more couples came and they all left and we were still standing there waiting it wasn’t until a nice man let them know hey they were here before everyone eles why are they still waiting . I told them I have been here for the past 20 mins or more and I’m still here and I was first to order it was only my self and 2 kids . All that wait and my order...

Had solid service here for years. Today, I stood in line waiting on them to acknowledge me… after making eye contact with me at the Doordash window to deliver food for this place.

To then have a girl in glasses get snarky with me for no reason. I am patient waiting on food, but will not be disrespected. Get retrained if you can’t handle the workload. Totally unprofessional.

Reply to owner: thanks for replying. Maybe just remind your employees that doordashers are also working when they are at your Delivery pick up...

This is the best Dairy Queen downriver hands down! They’ve made everything I’ve ever ordered perfect. The one employee Jade was extra nice and sweet she made my order perfect.
