I had high hopes for this space as a platform for small business owners, but my experience at their Autumn event last weekend was incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, I encountered the owner, Mel, who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to several vendors, mistreating what appeared to be her staff, and overheard her making unkind remarks about patrons. All you need is Venmo or Cash app to buy most of what they had, although some companies have their own websites too - it depends on from which vendor you buy.
