Grazing Gouda Charcuterie — Local services in Lincoln

The Engler Entrepreneurship Women's Initiative invited Alexis to share the story of Grazing Gouda with our students. Unfortunately, Alexis had a conflict on the date requested, but she eagerly worked with us to set another event date. We were so blessed to have Alexis share her story and spend time inspiring future entrepreneurs. Of course, we couldn't meet without indulging one of her incredible charcuterie boxes. We ordered a medium box, and boy was it not only amazing to look at but amazing to eat. We served 12 women with snack-sized portions of each item in the box from the medium size. The food was fresh, well-prepped, beautifully displayed, and packaged to retain freshness. Alexis delivered to our campus on time and with a smile. The price is more than worth it for the incredible experience she provides to customers. I ordered a large charcuterie board for my book club and it was perfect. Alexis was sensitive to allergies, likes/dislikes, and was accommodating for pick up time. Not only were all the items tasty, the board was a piece of art. Everyone complimented on the variety of items on the board and how beautiful it was. There were not only cheeses and meats, but fresh fruit (which was delicious), olives, nuts and a spread. I asked for crackers on the side.
