I love bringing my kids here a couple of times a week, but tonight’s atmosphere seemed off. We placed a decent sized order for 7 and patiently waited while we received our order. While we were waiting for the last sundae to come out. We start hearing a man yelling and cursing from the kitchen and he was throwing his arms all around.this went on for a few mins before finally receiving the last of our order. The yelling and cussing continued for another 5 mins and that’s when I knocked on the window and stated I don’t know what’s going on but I have children here and the language is completely unprofessional. The lady in the window apologized and while the man stormed off around the back. He walked around with a continued aggressive behavior and stated you were charged wrong and we honor our selfs here. The ironic part was the man took our order and cashed us out! The lady working was the one making our order. Either way if you make a mistake say something I would have gladly paid for what was forgotten the yelling and profanity were completely unnecessary and that women did not deserve to be treated the way she was if I were his boss I would have fired him I have been working in food service and management for the past 20yrs!! And still can’t believe what I had witnessed. I hope nobody else experiences what we had...

This place has gone downhill since it was sold. I hate having to review it so badly after working here in my childhood. The ice cream was freezer-burnt, like when ice cream melts and then gets refrozen. The smell coming from inside was enough to gag you…a burning smell mixed with something, my wife and I couldn’t figure it out. My daughter got a sprinkled cone, I got a sundae, and my wife got the worst butterfinger avalanche ever. The owner broke up a butterfinger into three pieces and shoved it into the cream, no blending or mixing at all. We will never return to this place. In all honesty, this place needs to be shut down, inspected, and sold to someone who wants to...

This is our go to spot for the summer and they surprise me every time. The owner is such an amazing lady. My friends and I will go with our kids and she gives them chalk to play with, will set out a bubble blower and just over all goes above and beyond. She’s replaced one of our kids ice cream cone after he dropped it, came out and played doctor to patch up one of the little after she felt and scraped her toe up, offers wet wash cloths for clean up. We have a loud and wild group of kids and she always makes up feel welcome and genuinely seems to enjoy what she does. 100/10, can’t say enough good things about this...
