Literally the worst. I ordered m9re than 2 months ago and I am still dealing with customer service to resolve my issue. I ordered delivery off the pizza hut ap. I got an order of breadsticks and a 4 topping deepdish pizza. My total order was $40.44. That's nuts to begin with, but a price i was willing to pay. Pizza hut is something I enjoy a few times a year, usually when I'm drinking, so why not? When the pizza arrives it's missing toppings and flat. It's supposed to be a deep dish mind you. What I believe happened is the dough was old or not proofed properly and as a result did not rise. The taste.... gross. Just friggin gross. The only thing edible was the bread sticks. I went back into the ap and texted with a customer service person they said that I would hear back from above store management in 1-3 days.... 5days later I'm back in the ap talking to customer service. And guess what? I should hear back from above store leadership in 1-3 days. I have been on with customer service almost 20 times in the last few months. Each time I am told I should hear back in 1-3 days. Terrible. Theres a number you can call for customer service, its worthless. I looked online and they said the best way to get results was in social media. OK, let's try that. They give me a code for a free regular pizza. That's not what I even ordered. All in all this is the worst experience I have ever had with any fast food customer service and management.
I wouldn't waste my time or money going to this location...

The absolute worst franchise mistake in the history of pizzas. Delivery came an hour and a half late, pizza was cold, and they brought the wrong order. I called and they bounced me from manager to employee, and kept me on hold for almost 15mins (just enough time to close and not deal with it). I angrily got there in person and the manager got out looking like a thug from up the block, talking in slang, and being sarcastic at my complaints. No courtesy, NO APOLOGY whatsoever... If ANYONE on the phone would’ve said “I apologize for the lateness and mixup”, I wouldn’t have showed up. The manager was trying to threaten me not to yell, absolutely unprofessional, employees were busy laughing at the back. Manager claimed he wasn’t responsible for the employees training, but yet couldn’t offer an apology. Told me not to tell, and to take my refund and leave.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT FRANCHISE NATIONWIDE! Absolutely despicable behavior, if Micheal the manager wants to be in a gang, he is on the slow track. Too bad I’m not allowed to give...

The window operator looked high and low for it and asked the cook who was care free about the situation. The cook refused to answer her questions and then packed his belongings said bye to her and I then walked out the door sat in his car and promptly left.
After that she ran around and asked her co-workers where the food was located... One co-worker told my window attendant that she had the order and gave it to the cook(who had left when he heard my order) after about 30 min of stalling , hiding, running around as if looking for it...they finally appear with my pizza... They thank me for waiting and try to hand it to me... I inform them at this point I have waited 1hr for a pizza that was said to take 15 min..due to the fact your employees basically lied to be about the location of my pizza, I asked for a refund and left.. I then traveled 15min the opposite direction and got a pizza from the town over's Pizza Hut...
