Absolutely outstanding service. My purchase was small when considering their catalog, but for me this purchase is the most important piece of jewelry I will buy in my life. The staff treated me as though I was spending 100 times what I did and answered every question I had with courtesy, care, and attention to detail. The piece arrived just as advertised and included a beautiful hand written note of thanks and a couple other thoughtful items as well, which all adds up to a gorgeous presentation. DO NOT sell anything to them. He’s smooth and I sold him a good amount of some family jewelry which had great sentimental value but I needed money for a down payment on a house for my son and his family. I got probably 1/3 of what it was worth based on the fact that I had one ring that he offered me $18,000 for and said I’d never get anymore than that. I said I’d have to think about it. I spoke with another jeweler as I already had all the specs of the ring and he said he would give me $30,000. I went to pick up the ring and he was at a show out in CA and had the ring with him even though I never agreed to sell it to him. They called him and I did get it back and I did get...

I called ahead to sell some gold and was told the owner wasn’t in, but that I’d get a call back when he returned so I could come in. Unfortunately, I never received that call. I waited, hoping to support a local business, but ultimately had to take my gold elsewhere. It’s disappointing because I genuinely prefer to support local shops, but the lack of follow-through left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
