Went to see Pokey bear and Lakeside concert on Saturday July 24th. We were not allowed to bring food or drinks in which is ridiculous for an outside concert. There was only 1 person issuing wrist bands and the line was extremely long.
There were only 2 food trucks for over 500 people and the lines were 90 minutes wait time long. They ran out of alot of food items by 8pm. There was only 1 vendor selling alcohol beverages. Who ever was responsible for setting up this event should be fired!!!
This was ridiculous if you were not going to have enough food trucks they should have allowed people to bring food. To be outside in the heat hungry and thirsty is ridiculous!!! This only happens in the black areas this would never have happened in a white area. They would have allowed food and coolers or at least had more than enough food trucks and beverages stations. WE GOT TO...

Some had their own chairs, others sat in the stadium seats. This park is a hidden jewel & the collard green festival is such a great cultural event for every member of...

I left half way through Sir Charles Jones performance...many others left sooner. I don't know what happened after that. Also there were no lights in the parking areas that they were charging a fee for....had to walk alone in the dark...
