Hello everyone, I am writing this review to inform you of my experience with AM Jewelry. I took my fiancees engagement set here to have it fused together with the wedding band. I had an overwhelming amount of recommendations to come here so I listened and decided to take my business here. I wasn't very happy with the outcome, as you can see in the pictures it was fused but very obviously, not seamless at all. It was also just fused at the bottom too, allowing the top of the ring to flex. This is something that has to last more than 50 years. The shopkeeper explained to me that he could not fuse it at the top because the heat could damage the diamonds. I understand that. I asked if it would of been possible to have it fused higher up along the ring as high as possible to keep it from flexing as much and I said if I needed to pay more to have a better job done the first time I would of had no problem with that. This ring means a lot to me and my Fiancee. He offered to have me bring it back in but with all due respect I told him that I didn't want him to work on it anymore and I just wanted a refund. As soon as I told him that his attitude changed. He stopped being respectful and called me "Dude" and mentioned about how my ring is made of sterling silver but in condescending way, his tone of voice and body language implied that because it's not an expensive ring I shouldn't of expected much in terms of craftsmanship. I told him I was disappointed and he told me I was "getting on his nerves." I was calm and respectful the entire time even though I really wanted give the man a piece of my mind because his attitude seemed really unwarranted. He refunded me and I said thanks and went on my way. I certainly will never come back here nor will I recommend. I have had bad experiences with other businesses in other professions but never was I belittled for questioning someone else's work, to me it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had...

Great repair price and service! Called another jewelry store in Lititz asking a price for a new clasp on a mens silver chain. The person I talked to was rude and insisted you cant estimate a price on something like that "it could be anything" and I had to bring it in. I called AM Jewelry and in a friendly phone call I got an estimate(surprisingly low). It was late in the day(closing soon) so they said if I need it soldered I would need to drop it off. I went in shortly before close and they took the time to fix it, solder it, clean it, and charged me less than I was quoted. I seriously felt like they undercharged me. Would recommend anyone in the area to go here...

Andrew/Andy is incredibly reliable and fair. Does most things in house or refers you to the right person if he doesn't do that particular request himself. Keeps his promises and delivers in time.

We found him very fair and transparent. Also a very pleasant person to talk to, and as his website says, "good conversations are free!". I highly recommend him for jewelry needs. Has such a beautiful vintage selection if you are into vintage jewelry, or can get brand new orders in within 1-2 days.
