We bought an 80 cup box of your single serve brew cups and so far the coffee is very good, but after about half way thru the 80 cups we started noticing small coffee grounds in our cups.the case is LOT Number LC106- Best by date- 02/14/16 one other number on box is 2352 (may be part of lot number).

We are using several other brands of coffee at the same time in the same coffee maker and have not had any problems with grounds. Upon close inspection of the coffee pods that leaked out the grounds we noticed a defective sealing of the foil cap is what was causing the problem. We saved one of the defective pods for your inspection if you so desire to inspect it. Good coffee poor seal on pods.

The customer service is very poor! I like their K-cup Colombian coffee and on the recommendation of their customer service department purchased the Donut shop blend. I was told it was “richer” than the Columbian.. it is NOT. It is weak and flavorless compared to the Columbian. After trying 3 pods at different strengths we decided it was not for us. I contacted Harmony at customer service to see if I could exchange or at least get a coupon. I was told no since I had opened the box. No samplers were available so your only choice is 80 pods.
