I went there to get a chainsaw & an ms251 wasn't on the shelf so I asked the associate named Mike if there was 1 in back. He came out with a 251c, which costs $50 more. I told him I wanted a 251. He said they were out but he would order 1 & it would be there in 2 days & they would call me. 2 days later I called to check & the guy that answered sounded like he was high and he was combative. He said call back tomorrow & ask mike. Today I called & Mike said it wasn't there & he didn't know when it would get there in a tone that sounded like HE was annoyed. I left some things on the shelf because I felt like they wanted me to leave and go check out when I wasn't done shopping yet, and because I felt like they had judged me as guilty of a crime I didn't commit (like I was being followed and/or watched the whole time). Staff however isn't as knowledgeable as some hardware stores in town, though the manager is very knowledgeable. But to be fair most hardware stores lack knowledgeable staff.
