Both times I was here I was immediately greeted when I entered the door despite all the workers being busy with other customers. My wait was only a few minutes and then I had the undivided attention of Will (1st visit) and Shaun (2nd visit). I saw how the team helped each other with questions, supported each other willingly, and patiently helped all customers. Will found a couple ways to reduce my monthly bill and helped me purchase a new phone. Shaun helped me when I picked up my phone and transferred everything from my old phone seamlessly. Kayla was excellent and patient explaining our new plan and offers. The other 2 guys there were helpful too. Very friendly and know the products! My husband and I both upgraded to S24 and S24+. Just one suggestion and that is this. I like and accepted the Tablet deal but they were out of stock that day. It's coming in a couple days, though when advertising a deal, it would make sense to have enough on hand so customers aren't disappointed and have to make another trip back to the store...
