Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Little Falls

EDIT: This store is going downhill. They are instituting weird policies like one transaction per vehicle. (I haven't seen any other coffee shops in any city I've been to in MN that is doing this). I have stopped by here numerous times with a car full of people and every time told one transaction. What a headache to split a bill, figure taxes, for four people getting food and drinks!

This is normally a stop for my commute but I'll be skipping this place from now on. I used to stop at Starbucks since it was a little closer, looks like I'll be going back there from now on. Sad to see what management is doing to this store.

I go here everyday and I’ve had normal mistakes but this morning I was more annoyed than anything I had 4 people In my car and we ordered a large hot chocolate with milk chocolate and a mini hot chocolate and a couple other when we got the drinks it was two mins and I was like this is not what I ordered and she said yes two minis. If you charged me for a mini charge me more for what I really ordered. Don’t be like nope this is it. Not fixing it because they were busy. I’m sorry if I wanted two I would’ve ordered it 2mini hot chocolates not one large and one mini separately. So the adult in my car had a sip (which was gone before we left the parking lot) of cold watered down hot chocolate instead of enjoying a morning...

Rude staff. I order my usual drink which is a Crafted Carmel Cold Press and it tasted like sour milk! I took it back into the store and was told that because they use a concentrate it always tastes like that. Remember, I just said I ordered my usual which I have at the very least once a week! I said "I order this all the time and this is the first time it has EVER tasted like this". The guy whom I was speaking to, I think he was management, got snotty about it and said "well if you don't like it we can make you something else so he made me Americano something.
