The customer service while picking up was outstanding! I had to order an urgent pickup order since I was traveling the next day. I was a bit lost since the location isn't obvious via google maps so I called the store and the employee was super nice about it and gave me better directions! He also met me outside in the parking lot in case I couldn't find their door! I also got some sample masks with my order~ great products and great customer service ! They messed up my order. They sent the wrong size masks and never owned up to their mistake. Their communication is horrible, the confirmation email doesn’t have the order details. So they can send you the wrong size mask and blaming you for it. Just proceed with extreme caution when dealing with them, if something goes wrong, good luck...
