I just brought back my brake pads to the store in Plano, Illinois and the woman manager was very rude from the start. I asked for a refund, and she started accusing me of bringing in pads that werenât theirs. I told her yes they are, Iâm no thief, and to check my sales records. She flat out told me the writing on the pads wasnât theirs either. Then she checked my records and did a little more looking , and realized she was incorrect. I asked her to just give me my refund, and I will be doing business at another location. Not once did she apologize for treating like a thief, and she compared me to others who are.
