After going to Oreillys in Plano to check my lawnmower battery they were selling me a new battery already. So I decided to get a second opinion and brought it here. Louis the store manager took my battery and actually charged it. He was really friendly and had really great customer service. Welcome to the neighborhood by the way Louis. After picking up the battery Aldo told me that the battery was really good and that I didn't needed to buy a new one. That was true once I put the battery it turned on right away. The battery is really strong and didn't needed to get one. Thank you guys for actually helping me out and not just rushing on selling me another one like Oreillys...

Placed an order online for engine oil and filters. Once it was delivered we discovered that the wrong oil was sent and we didn’t receive the fuel filter even though it was listed on the packaging slip. Instead of trying to ship things back we drove to Plano for help. The manager Bri was so very helpful and pleasant from the start. Even though she was just about as confused as we were about how our order could get so screwed up and what she could do about it. Rather than her throwing up her hands and saying sorry can’t help you, she went above and beyond to fix the error. Thank you Bri! My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The entire staff was very pleasant...

Had to do brake pad change, which changed to pads n rotors, which also led to a caliper replacement. Initially went to the store, Brie was helpful and professional. But after the problems escalated, I had to call Brie like 600 times because of my various issues… Including having no other vehicle and had to get back together to go to work. She was awesome throughout it all! With their delivery deal ( twice in an hour because i had to add to it), they saved my bacon! They were a good store to begin with, now i will only go there for auto parts...
