Every now and again you stumble into a business/worker who far exceeds your expectations…. Rafael is extremely knowledgeable and a virtuoso with everything he does at his business. He is super hard working, and transparent about how He runs his business. I will be a customer for life. And for anyone with a BAID device such as smart start, I can guarantee he is 1) the easiest to get your vehicle in for either installs or calibrations (other places I have spent more time trying to get my vehicle in than the actual time Rafael took to get the job done 2) fastest calibrated I have ever had….. like he takes 1/4 of the time other places do (I’ve gone to 4 other places) 3) He is all around a pleasant person to be around. My only complaint is that I didn’t find him sooner. If you are doing anything electronic with your vehicle, you will get better skilled labor for a great price. Don’t make the same mistake I did….:) Go see...

Earlier today 09/15/2023 around noon I stopped by RBA and met Rafael. I had a new VanTrue N5 Dashcam for my new to me 2020 Ford Explorer XLT For the Dashcam I also had the HardWire Kit as well as a Lens Filter & Wireless Remote Controller. I asked Rafael what he would charge to install it and we agreed on a price. He said it would take approx. 2 hours AND he was done in an hour. At first I was apprehensive and wondering where he cut corners. I checked out his work ( Actually an ART ) that he has been doing for over 20 years and I was very impressed. All the wiring is hidden and it is wired so that it is always in standby mode for when I am out running errands, etc. I am Extremely Happy and if you need he will take care of it. Best thing also is a lifetime guarantee on his work....

Rafa is a good guy that is knowledgeable about what options you have and informative as an extra bonus. He walked me through what I could get including pricing after I expressed my budgeting goal. I scheduled an appt. after I received the items and finished within 2 hours as he stated. Upon driving back I noticed a problem with the lights not working. After I called him about the issue he fixed it the next day at my home and apologized for the issue. He took ownership and made me realize that there are still good businesses in this world. I’m satisfied and will keep going back for more upgrades. Plus he also helped me install a shifter light that he made really simple to do. Good job Rafa...
