I ordered a tackle box from this company for my little brother for Christmas. He was so excited to have is very own first tackle box. I told him inside was a form from Plano that there company would make him his very own nameplate for it. He was very happy little boy that he would have his very own nameplate on his first tackle box. I waited until his birthday was getting closer to fill out this form and send a payment in the mail to the address provided on the form. I wanted to surprise him with this nameplate and a new fishing pole for his birthday. Unfortunately when I sent off the form and payment the address they told me to send it to had no receptacle to put the envelope into from what the mail personal wrote on my original envelope. This was returned back to me like 3 weeks or more later. I then attempted to reach out to the company as they just told me yeah we stopped doing this and forgot to tell Walmart's and other company's to pull the forms put of our products. Like really! So not only did I waste a lot of time and effort on my end but also wasted stamps which aren't cheap now days and wasted a check which also isn't cheap, but most importantly they broke a little boys heart. I am so frustrated that they don't even care of the fact they broke this little boys heart and are doing nothing to try and make up for this mistake on there end. I will be returning this product to them or the store for my money back for I will not give my money to a company with no heart. This is sad and only hope you guys go out of business for America doesn't need more cold hearted people or companies that screw people over. Karma will come for you one day and you deserve everything karma brings to your company and people. Let's hope the CEO of this company sees this and does something....

Today on Jan 16th, 2019, I had one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with the manager of the Plano outlet store in Plano, IL. I have a tackle co that services the Chicagoland area. I live about an hour from Plano. I have a small soft Plano tackle box that holds the smaller plastic plano boxes. The seams of the soft tackle box were ripping apart. I was told to bring it in for a new one at an equal exchange. This is why I always like dealing with Plano products. They always exchanged stuff that failed with no questions asked. Well this time the women manager, in the outlet store, got all irrational with me. She tried giving me a fanny pack tackle holder, which was nothing like the tackle box that I originally bought. Then she tells me to take this deal or I will give you your old one back, after she just had thrown it in the garbage bin. I said that's not acceptable. So she got mad as a hornet and grabs another soft tackle box, pulls all of the plastic boxes out of it and tosses it at me while stating " Here take this one and never come back in the store again" I took it and wanted to talk to her Boss about her attitude. She said I am the Boss. So I left the store and went to the main office to talk to someone in charge of the place. I got the head of customer service and explained to him what had happened. He told me that he would get into this matter and he did apologize to me. I gave him my business card and asked for a return call. So, the new soft tackle box that she threw at me doest fit the plastic boxes that I still had. So now I am out of luck at this point in time. I guess after years of using plano products, you would think plano would want to make a good customer happy. Guess not....
