All I have to say is what a disappointment. We had a lazy boy recliner that was in our family for over 20 years that had broken, so we figured, why not go with another one? Disappointment from day one of trying to buy a new chair. Before making the trip (Thursday), my wife called to make sure they had the chairs we were interested in available to try. We made our hour drive from Hot Springs to Little Rock to test the products for ourselves. We got there and at first everything was okay. The salesman went over the current sale(not very clearly), letting us know the chairs we were interested in were in the “warehouse.” While browsing, he told us a story of how a woman “dragged him around the store” for over two hours just to buy the chair he showed her online, causing him to lose his commission, and then let us go about our business. After testing the chairs and figuring out what would be the best bang for our buck, admittedly taking a good portion of time in doing so, we let him know we had made a decision. After looking up our chair, he informed us he actually didn’t have any in store and the “warehouse” was in a different city entirely, which meant we wouldn’t be able to leave with it that day. He said we could have the chair on the floor, but at no discounted price. We were frustrated in having to make a separate trip, but didn’t want to feel guilty about “dragging him around the store” just to not buy it from him. We really enjoyed the chair and figured we could make the trip one more time if needed. After making our second trip (Saturday) to Little Rock to pick up the chair we get home and get it set up just to find out it’s broken. Extremely upset, we called the store just to be told “it’s not our fault it’s broken, it must have happened in the warehouse or in transit.” Essentially taking no responsibility for their product and expressing zero empathy for our frustrations. Their only solutions to fix our issue were to replace the chair in a few weeks mentioning there was a shipping fee but the pick up fee “might be waved.” However, we would have to speak to the shipping manager who had already left for the day. We received a call on Monday from the shipping manager who had no interest in hearing my grievances, said “I’ve heard it all from your salesman” and were given the same “solutions.” At this point, I was done. This $1,500 chair was not giving me a $1,500 experience and was extremely disappointing. We decided to get a refund and took our THIRD trip to Little Rock to return the chair. Worst customer service I have ever encountered from such a “well known” and...

The main showroom looked very nice. It was fresh, clean and well stocked. The sales assistant, Donna Barkley, greeted us promptly. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She quickly understood what I was looking for and took me directly to an item that met all of my criteria. I bought it.' She helped me pick out another item I needed.gave great advice that helped me decide which one to buy over similar items. In all, the experience was extremely good due in large part to Donna's knowledge and pleasant...

This easily could have been a 5 star review. Our salesperson was phenomenal. Attentive, helpful, and not the least bit pushy. We took a very long time to make our decision. My boyfriend loves to debate all the possible options. In total, we were there about 4 hours. Our salesperson was very patient.

My only complain is that in that 4 hours, other customers came in that were also working with our salesperson from previous visits. They did their very best to juggle every customer and remain attentive. I absolutely understand that each person works on commission, but I found it very off putting that when one salesperson gets in a bind, the others just lounge around and watch them struggle. We were ready to checkout and none of the other salespeople (I saw 5 sitting down not helping customers) couldn’t even get up and help with that. They just watched us sit there and wait.

While I’ve never worked on commission, I would think each salesperson would want every customer to have a good experience from start to finish.

Our sectional is ordered and I will update my review...

I’ve shopped several furniture stores looking for the perfect recliner. I sat in many and took my time. I knew I’d found the right store when visiting La-Z Boy Home Furnishings. I was greeted by a very cordial, personable, bubbly salesperson by the name of Rachel. She was well informed and adept at answering all my questions. After 2 visits and narrowing down my choices, I chose the Dorian power rocker-recliner. It was delivered and set up on schedule with care. I’ve had it 3 days and could not be more pleased! I feel like I’m enveloped in a cloud!!!

The service at the store was very easy and not pushy at all. Delivery was less than a week for what was in stock. The delivery guys were very Courteous and I even ask them if they could unload a rug on the car for me and they were very happy to do it. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because when my merchandise was loaded, they forgot to send my batteries for the recliners. Other than that I would say overall it was a very great experience
