I had the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience with a jewelry store. Over two weeks ago, we took my son's chain to this man for repairs. Tomorrow marks the two-week point. My husband called the store, and the man told him he was too busy to talk. When I called, he answered rudely and asked what I wanted. I greeted him with "good afternoon," but he responded by telling me not to ever call the store again.

The chain was a gift for my son's 17th birthday and cost over $1,100. He broke it while on vacation in Florida, and now we feel like we are being held hostage by this jeweler. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We had them custom design my engagement ring, and from the very beginning, Eric and Elizabeth were so nice, helpful, and professional. I wanted a specific stone that can be hard to find (a round peach sapphire), but Eric found the perfect one.

After that, I gave him terrible Microsoft Paint mock-ups I made of the design I had in mind. He took notes and made sure he had everything written down correctly. The final result was PERFECT. It was exactly what I wanted, down to every little detail. Absolutely gorgeous.
