If I could rate this business a zero, I would I'll explain since it's only fair. Years ago I needed to sell some 14 karat and 10 karat gold went here because best prices well the owner and my fiance was talking and then next thing I know the gentleman weighs out the gold put two prices on a piece of paper handed me a lil over $100 when he wrote down $400 himself I kept looking confused as I was looking down bewildered at the money n was walking toward the door I opened the door put one foot out and then turned immediately and said to the blonde gentleman who I think is the owner excuse me sir I think you only paid me for the 10 karat I see where you did not pay me for the 14 karat and that was even more money and he said quote once you step one foot out the door our transaction is done. Well just because I wasn't there to buy jewelry but just to sell my gold I guess I wasn't an important customer. it hasn't set well with me all these years and I felt compelled to at least post what happened to me and hopefully you'll take this in consideration before you deal with a business that to me does not...
