The review below was one I made a month ago or so. Since then the owner or GM of CPR West Little Rock reached out to me because of my review to let me know he addressed the problem and handled it with the employee that made me write the review in the first place! He also asked what he could do to make it right and earn my business again. He even followed up a week later to check in and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I told him that out of the hundreds of reviews that I've done, he is the only person from any of the businesses that has ever reached out, much less followed up to check in on me to give me an update on the steps taken to fix any problems that a customer had! He told me his goal is to make the business the best not only in tech repair but in customer service!
So because Mr. David made the simple gesture of reaching out to make me feel heard and to check on my needs and also to let me know what was being done to address and remedy the problem, has given me a new respect for C.P.R. and earned an update of my review from 2 stars to 5 stars!
I leave reviews for other consumers but also in hopes that the businesses I review will see my review and if it's negative, address the problem and make the necessary adjustments to fix them! Thank you to Cell Phone Repair of West Little Rock for being the only business to let me, the reviewer, know that they've been heard and our reviews matter!
"Always have had great service here but their new employee ruined it for me! I wish I could remember his name but I took my phone in for a diagnosis and he told me he would call me in just a few to let me know what the issue was! Well at closing time I still haven't heard anything from him so I pulled up and he's coming out locking up and I stopped him and he said "oh yeah" we'll have to call you tomorrow! I said I need my phone because it still partially worked and he got upset because he had to go back in and get it. Not...
Read moreI called 11.27.2015 to inquire about ways to fix mobile devices related to liquid damage, I was advised of a one time drop off fee of $20.00, I was also advised of an additional fee of $79.00+ if phone activity was restored. I RUSHED to their Rodney Parham location based off of Google's 5 stars. I paid the one time drop off fee and was advised 3-5 business days for liquid damage treatment. I called on the third day and was advised my phone was at their Bryant location, advised to allow more time... I called the Bryant store yesterday 12.4.2015, the young man didn't know who I was and confirmed my phone was not at their store. I went to pick up my phone today 12.5.2015, I was advised my phone suffered corrosion beyond repair. Something told me because of the run around I suffered to plug my phone up to a charger, I did.. My phone, my note five came on with no problem.. I say all this to say, they lied about ever attempting to repair my phone. They lied about taking my phone apart, if so, there's no way I would be typing this review. Run! Run! Run! If you are suffering liquid damage your better off allowing your phone to sit for about one week (like gadget pros) allowed mine and it'll come back on. Don't waste time and energy on that one time drop off fee... If they didn't want my business, that was all they had to say. I will not recommend this company to anyone, what I will do is post this comment along with my receipt to my FB so my 5000+ friends will RUN! Horrible service! Unnecessary time wasted.. Money paid for something I could have did myself, allowed my phone to sit like...
Read moreI had a very poor experience at Gadget Pros. They special ordered a part for my phone. When I dropped my phone off for repair, I was told that I would be emailed once it was ready to be picked up. No one contacted me, so I finally called the store. I was told that the part they had ordered was "bad" and would need to be reordered, but I could come pick the phone up and wait for the part to get it. Not a huge deal, but when I picked the phone up I couldn't turn the screen on. Gadget Pros informed me that something must have happened when they were taking apart the phone and therefore the phone screen wouldn't turn on. I brought in a functional phone, and I was handed back a useless phone. I was offered no apology and the men in the store seemed confused as to why I was irritated. They told me that I would need to wait a week for the part to come in, during which time I would be without a phone. Again, Gadget Pros seemed clueless as to why someone would find this an unacceptable situation. They made my phone worse and made no attempt to reconcile...
