Market Place Pharmacy — Local services in Little Rock

Daniel runs the pharmacy and he is the worst and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. If there is a script they filled for you and you dont buy it . He will chase you out to your car and demand that you purchase it, and make up a lie about how long its been there. He pushed on my car door while I was holding it open. He is extremely rude and passive aggressive. I decided to use this pharmacy because it was close to my home. No harm intended, but It's always a problem when I try to refill my scripts. I go in feeling good and come out feeling . terrible. They will go in overkill telling you the price of your script assuming you cant afford it. No one speaks to me when I come in but I notice them speaking and talking to the Caucasian customers. Some of the workers studder and look weird when I'm talking to them. It's such a racist vibe when I come In there. I notice there is one black girl working in there. I feel like it's just for show and they don't really like black people here. Every encounter has had a weird feeling. There's a problem everytime I go in there. Congratulations Daniel and marketplace pharmacy. I will be taking my business elsewhere you won't have to refill my scripts anymore. Another thing I noticed is the price of there prescriptions are much higher than cvs,Walmart, and krogers. Take your business elsewhere. I'm not sure why I deserved such harsh treatment from this pharmacy, I definitely feel that the color of my skin plays a part in it, maybe it's a whites...

--Being treated like a person again-- Let me just start by saying that I came to this pharmacy two years ago in the hope that I could avoid the chain pharmacy's robotic, short staffed, dismissive experience. I haven't been to a chain since.

Daniel and his crew are among the best in customer service, being attentive with any questions, and being prompt with getting prescriptions filled. I have never had any issues with this pharmacy in any capacity. I pass probably 6-8 chain pharmacy's as I live across town, but the experience is worth it.

There is a genuine level of concern and care here that you just don't find anymore. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough. Do yourself a favor and...

I can't remember "not" being a customer of Market Place Pharmacy. They are almost like family. You cannot put a price on that feeling of walking into a place where they know you. They really know you. They earned my repeat business. Ever been told to return in an hour, and we'll have your..."? I won't be a number in the system of a mega chain pharmacy that, in the end, turns out to not be personable or even very "convenient". I'm even guilty of looking at (and buying) some of the awesome Christmas and baby stuff! Oops... Did I say...
