Been a Clark's customer since 2010 from England. Here i bought these boots from Steve maden and went to Clark's to see if I could find something casual n comfy but I was judged by my looks bcuz I was wearing my Pakistani traditional outfit which was highly insulting. I was stopped on the door to not leave without paying for the shoes I was wearing. Spoke to the manager he didn't care much either except saying I'll tell him not to do it again.

Suggestion for Clark's Hire a manager who is educated enough to know how to prevent theft in a professional way and not loose a life long customer for such a pathetic behavior that no one felt apologetic for and soecially he shall be strictly...

My mother and I visited Clark’s quite late, close to their closing time, but the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. One of the staff members even reminded us about the offer of the day—buy one pair, get the second half off—and she patiently waited while we chose our second pair. Thanks to her, we had a really positive shopping experience.
