Prada Livermore — Local services in Livermore

Love love love this store. Staff is great. Lots of fun stuff to look at. Always a good time visiting. It's a must go shop for me when I'm in town. I don't shop by trends. Reliable quality and timeless classic styles are my thing. Every now and then, I'll grab something fun, but cheaper brands are usually better for short-term novelty if you want to be budget conscious.

There are doormen/security restricting the # of shoppers allowed in at one time. This can be a long wait in the summer. Come prepared. I much prefer this to overcrowded stores. I've always found the wait reasonable (same can't be said for a couple other lux brand stores in the mall).

I also come knowing what the regular prices are. Not everything is a great deal. They have some really good deals here that you can't get anywhere else but st these Prada outlets but remember this is relative... i.e. items are...

I was in the store last week to make a purchase. I asked the attendant the price of a specific bag. She gave me the price, and immediately following said "there are cheaper bags on either end of the store". I had to look back at her to see if I had heard her incorrectly...but she was clearly pointing with her hands to each end of the store. I came in the store with every intention of making a purchase. I was well aware of the average cost of a Prada bag--unfortunately this woman saw an African American woman and assumed I couldn't afford it. I decided I would take my business elsewhere and won't return until this store teaches it's staff how to interact with...

I am a regular customer of this store and often purchase items for myself here. All the sales associates know me.

Currently, I am very sick and suffering from an allergy-related cough. I asked one of the employees for a glass of water, but they simply refused.
