I love this bakery, but the Dublin and Livermore locations feel like two different shops. Here’s my take as a regular customer:
Dublin location: amazing matcha tea—hands down the best I’ve had at this bakery. The product selection is usually broad, and I can grab candles by the handful, which I appreciate. Livermore location: this one is frustrating. A lot of the items I rely on are missing, and the rewards system never seems to work. Every time I try to use rewards, I’m told to come back next time, and when I return, the rewards aren’t on my account. They also limit candles to five per person, which is a big difference from Dublin. And I don’t like that they don’t show you the cake before packing it—hard to trust what I’m getting.
Why is there such a difference? I assume it’s inventory management, local policies, and how each store handles training and rewards software. It would help if Livermore could standardize better with Dublin—same stock, same rewards reliability, same service.
They’re the same bakery, but Dublin and Livermore feel like different experiences due to inventory, rewards reliability, and...
Read moreWe got here at the San Francisco premium outlet Livermore a little too early, so I wanted to grab some snacks/breakfast and kill some time. This place is perfect. It’s right across from outlet. Seems newly opened. Extremely clean, and good sitting areas inside and outside. I like to sit outside. This is really nice place to prep for busy shopping or have a break from it. I’m a guy. I need break from shopping time to time. It is walkable distance from outlet. Some staffs are still learning, but they are very kind and friendly. I’m sure they will catch up before my next visit(Black Friday or maybe a bit earlier not my choice). Breads are same as most of other good TLJ. Looks like this place got a lot of parking. The shopping center is adding some car chargers front this cafe parking lot. Overall, I...
Read moreThe wife and I wanted to try something new outside our area and decide to travel to TOUSS les JOURS in Pleasanton.
We ordered a couple of items and we were not disappointed.
Croquettes - Original & KIMCHI. Both are great, but I found the KIMCHI to taste a bit better and more flavorful. Recommend both.
Cream Donuts - Macha & Strawberry. If you like Macha you will love these. I'm not huge on Macha, but it was good. On the other hand, the strawberry was 🔥. The donuts are so soft and the cream is very light and flavorful. Highly recommend with a cup of coffee.
Overall great spot for some breakfast and brunch. Very clean especially the...
