I love sketchers! For Christmas I received a 30% off coupon as well as a gift card for $65. The shoes I bought were $69.99… Minus the 30% off coupon at $21… Plus the sales tax for $5.02 with a total due of $54.01.. I gave the gentleman my gift card… Paid for the shoes and asked him if there is anything left on the gift card he said no! When I got home, I looked at my receipt and it shows a balance of $10.99 left on the gift card. I called the store and spoke to a young lady… She said she would check and call me back. She called me back and then put me on the line with the manager I guess… I explained the situation and was told they could not find the gift card. That the trash had been taken out so they no longer have the gift card. I asked, so I’m just out the $10.99.. and he said yes I guess so! So I just wanted to say I was a bit disappointed about that. I know $10.99 isn’t a lot of money but that’s not even the point I love sketcher shoes but I don’t think I’ll go back to the Livermore outlets...

Had a terrible experience at Skechers the other day. The employee, Brian, was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. I asked a simple question about sizing, and he rolled his eyes and acted like I was wasting his time. When I asked to try on a different size, he sighed loudly and disappeared for nearly 10 minutes with no explanation.
He also seemed annoyed when I asked about return policies, giving vague answers and walking away mid-conversation. The whole interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, like he had no interest in helping customers at all.

After double checking her store for my size, she went above and beyond to track down and order the 2 pairs of shoes I really wanted. She went the extra mile to place a regular order and an order from another store. She made sure I had all the information I would need to track my orders. She was phenomenal.
