8/25/20: Today they did not have anything I wanted but one leather from their regular Burberry store runway gilet, but it was not in my size. 50% off from the fall, 2019 regular Burberry store price. 9/7/20: I had called the store the other day & was put on hold 3 times. Twice they never got back to me. I wrote a complaint online on Burberry's website, & this morning the website person located the size of the $2,090.00 vest gilet I wanted to buy, so I am buying it online. The woman that worked in the store said it was not in my size anywhere! If they work on commission, the Livermore store gal lost a big commission. It pays to complain for bad service. Burberry online customer service director, Darren D., in London, England, was great! I should say Katerina, customer care person in London, was wonderful, trying to help me buy the vest gilet online even after their digital sale was over. I bought the gilet vest, down from their original 2019 from their regular Burberry store runway show price of:$4,190 to $2,267.66! That includes California state sales tax. It arrives on September 18th. It will be my birthday present for myself. I need to travel back to NYS in winter when NYS let's Californians visit their state without the current 14 day quarentine due to Covid. Last year I bought a beautiful red plaid jacket at this store. It was originally at their regular store too. I don't care if the outlet has last year's regular store offerings, if the options are classic beautiful well made designs. I bought numerous Burberry clothes at their Vacaville store in the past. Always top quality marked downs from their regular stores. I also shop in their regular stores & favor their Regent Street flagship store in London. 1 thing I did not appreciate at the Livermore store was that they had numerous men's items NOT on sale on sale racks. My helper had NO explanation for this but said it was a normal practice. That was annoying. 3/31/21: I found a nice black 🖤🐈⬛ long winter ❄️🥶 coat from their fall, 2019 runway show on sale. So I bought it, along with a classic red ♥️ plaid shirt. I was happy, but they claimed that they have no garment bags! May, 2021: I found a nice new tee 👕. June, 2021. I found 2 nice tops that fit, so I bought them. March, 2022: I found nice black ⚫️ stretch waist trousers 👖 that fit, so I bought them! Burberry does not make clothes specifically for their outlet stores. All outlet stores only sell their regular stores past season merchandise. I got a bargain! I just experienced a very bad customer service from Burberry outlet in Livermore. We waited outside for about 20 minutes and would like to return the shoes we bought last week. After we finally got inside of the store, the service totally different from the last week. I believe it is because we already tell the sales who let us in that we just want to do return. No one came to greet and see if we need any help. We just waited in front of the counter for another 10 minutes and we needed to seek for the help.
I had good shopping experiences last week when I purchased a cape and shoes. The sales really kind and helpful. I can’t believe their service is so different if they know you don’t plan to buy anything from them today.
I will tell people who plan to come to this Burberry outlet in Livermore, don’t need to come and spend money/time here. It doesn’t worth at all. The service is good only when you purchase with them. Otherwise, they don’t even want to talk to you at all.

This review is specifically for Manuel Sencion and his supervisor. We purchased 2 bags from Manuel Sencion, and at the checkout, we asked about the return policy. He responded, 'You have 14 days for that.' We returned to the store 3 days later to return one of the bags, and he said they only accept exchanges. When we told him that is not what he told us when we asked about the return policy, he started to be rude to us, without even apologizing for his mistake. His supervisor came in, being unprofessional and rude, basically contradicting what we were told when we purchased the bags. They neither took ownership for their mistake and incorrect information they provided, nor did they apologize or take any action to rectify it. It seems their only concern was to sell the bags and earn a commission. It is unfortunate to have people like them representing Burberry. It is not what it used to be.
