Hollister Co. — Local services in Livermore

I sort of have mixed opinions about this specific store. I usually really like Hollister and think that the staff is pretty service-minded.

However, things were really messy at this store. Items were priced wrong. For an example, a pair of jeans I was looking at were priced 20$ but when I was paying she said it was 60$. I asked about the price and she explained that it was wrongly labeled. Clothes also laid in mountains, which made it really difficult to find either the right size or clothes overall if they were the “mountain”.

One of the girls who worked there was super sweet and helped me a lot. Meanwhile another staff member, in my opinion, treated me kind of harsh and stressed me to decide. But in the end of the day, it’s not something that ruined my day or anything like that - maybe she just had a bad day.

Though, I really do love the prices and appreciate...

My daughter and I just LOVE SHOPPING HERE!!! We end up finding so.. many GOLDEN DEALS! The prices are lower than what is on the tag or sale sign 70 percent of the time we have been there. It looks crazy and overwhelming when you first get there, but just take your time looking and hunting. Don't let the crowds distract you from a great deal!!! They have sizes xxs - xxxl so go ahead, look for something for everyone!! Let me tell you, I have had two shirts in my Hollister cart online it would have been about $16 to purchase both and that was with an extra percentage off and using my $5 reward. First, they place a no discount $90 shirt in the 50% off section. They’re sorry about this, but I need something for my daughter’s first birthday and she’s crying. So, I say screw it and buy it. Second, as I am getting ready for the event I realize that the first button is broken. I am now irritated that this happened, but I can always return it, right? Well, you can’t return without a tag which I have misplaced. For my carelessness, I have a $90 shirt without a button. So, the least they can have is a 1 star review for selling low quality...
