If I could I would give 0 stars, so we decided to go to the store with my 4 months old, it was around 630pm and sun was very bright, an older woman (Amber, store manager) was at the door and asked us to stay in line right at sun in our eyes, no one else was there in the line,I told her we will stay in the shadow then she can let us in, we waited few minutes and two people came and she let them in. My wife asked if she can let us in next since we've been waiting. She said No, we have to be in the line. I told her because of sun we don't want to stay in line and there is no line, then she went crazy on us that she cannot let us in unless if we stay in line right in front of the sun!!! I tried to go in and she didn't let me and v Blocked me with her hands!! I mean come on I have a 4months old kid with me and you are not the boarder patrol, I must say 12 dollars and hour and probably lots of psych med must gave ruined her mind!! I called and spoke to a representative on the 30th of November when my package was sent to update my address and she referred me to a UPS representative to “update” my address and they continued to “update” my address everytime I called for weeks. Finally, I called and they told me it was gonna be sent back to the sender six days before christmas. I no longer need the package to arrive I just want my money back and compensation for the actual real gift I could have ordered from a store that would actually bother having a correct address sent to UPS. I know the address was correct when I entered it as the first email I got from disney was correct so I know they sent that information missing to UPS, and the representative at Disney sent me to UPS even though weeks later I actually found out that UPS CANNOT update their address as its blocked by DISNEY.
