I had bitter experience here. There are 2 things which made me give 1 star. I out shopping at outlets, thought let’s try their Pistachio Dubai Choc Shake and stood in line to order. Meanwhile I saw a post regarding Mother’s Day surprise gift when you post a story and tag them. But when I asked the same at the counter, they denied that the offer is not here. Omg waited for 40+ minutes😭😭😭 I understand they have 3 workers and a lot of orders. But they could've communicated better with updating orders. We had to ask them and turns out our drinks were just sitting on the counter all this time:(( and had to remake one of the drinks too cuz the order got "lost." Drinks were no longer cold either...
