Worst customer service!! Just walk a little ways down to the other tea boba spot! I don't drink boba drinks or tea. My 9 year old daughter saw the boba drink on tiktok and she wanted to try. Obviously I don't want my daughter drinking tea so I asked the gentleman at the front window if they can make a drink without tea. He said yes decaf tea to my knowledge decaf still has caffeine which my daughter has an illness she should not have any caffeine so I am very careful about what I give her. I kept saying the man if there's anyway to make it without any caffeine. He was very rude and impatient. He kept answering me loud and very rude. If he's working the front he should have more patience and friendliness especially for people that are not familiar with ordering those type of drinks. Every time I go here, i swear the quality just gets worst. I ordered a drink and it’s mostly just green tea. How are you trying to sell a product where the base is the majority of the drink? You can’t sell me a strawberry drink and it being 70% green tea and a splash of strawberry to change the color of the drink and try to pass off as said drink from the menu. This is deceiving and trying to cut cost to save money, you should not be in business. This is the last time I’ll be going. Definitely going down hill like everything else at this outlet mall. Absolutely horrible business ethics...

Terrible experience. Avocado smoothies are favorites of mine, so I decided to try Tea Heart out. When I saw the lady put just half an avocado in the huge mixing cup and filled it up the rest of the way with ice, I knew it was not going to be the quality and taste that I was used to. That was exactly the case. In addition to the poor quality product, it was very expensive ($7.85!) and the lady working there was less than welcoming or personable. Don't waste your time...
