I’ve never written a review before, but this experience was so frustrating I feel like I have to. I walked into this Levi’s store ready to spend money and was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff was — especially one employee named Amelia.
I asked her for help with finding a size and she straight-up ignored me. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me, so I asked again, and she snapped, “I’m off the clock,” with the most dismissive attitude I’ve ever seen in a retail setting. She didn’t offer to find someone else, didn’t point me in the right direction, nothing, just stood there with a nasty attitude like I was bothering her.
When I asked for her name so I could report the interaction, she refused to tell me. She wasn’t even wearing a name tag, which makes me think she’s in some kind of higher position, which is even worse. If that’s how someone in leadership acts, no wonder the rest of the customer service here is terrible.
I came here because I love Levi’s, but after this experience, I honestly don’t want to come back. I completely agree with the recent reviews — this place clearly doesn’t care about hiring people who actually know what customer service is. It feels like they just throw anyone on the floor with no training and no accountability. Stop hiring lazy people and kids who don’t know how to treat customers. This isn’t a fast fashion store — Levi’s is supposed to stand for quality, and that should include the people representing the brand in-store.Train your staff & hold them...
Read moreI have been shopping there for the last 3 years, the store is great . All the staffs who work there are very friendly and helpful . The managers are are friendly especially the ladies. On December 2 ,2020 which the last day of promotion everything %50 off , and I really wanted to buy a lot of T Shirts . I wanted to buy like 15 Or 20 T-Shirts for my Friends and families. And then one of the guys whose name is John( tall Hispanic guy never smile )came up then said that u could not buy them because you a bulk buyer . Then he told the manger who’ name is Angel something to talk to me . Mr Angel who is the manager told me that I could not completely buy any single T -short at all today because I’m a bulk buyer or I buy a lot . He told me to call the Levi’s ‘s number which is Consumer relationships in order to buy a lot of stuffs . What is the points . Every years I always buy a lot of T Shirt from the Levi’s store I spent at least $500 and up at Levi’s store because they have a good promotions or good deals especially before or after Thanksgiving’s Day. . Read morePrior to going to this store I looked up the reviews & was prepared to shop for jeans without any good in-store support BUT bayybeeeee this store has the most fabulous people working there.
I haven't bought jeans in over 7 years & lived in Miami so never wore jeans there. Anyhooo from the moment I stepped in the store til I left I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Letty, Itzel, Sofia, Camille & the cashiers (who's names I didn't get) were so helpful in helping me find the right size & fit based on a photo I showed them. They were all knowledgeable about the denim names & cotton percentage. So happy to have met this wonderful retail team.
